Biography

I am an established guitarist based in Melbourne, Australia with over 15 years of guitar playing experience and hold a Bachelor of Music degree. For the past 7 years, I have been teaching guitarists and musicians locally and globally, offering comprehensive instruction in a wide range of music, music theory, songwriting, and recording.

I play guitar for internationally acclaimed melodic metal band Vanishing Point, with the bands 7th album to be released this year.

My guitar playing style is a dynamic blend of classic 80’s Metal, Modern Power Metal and Melodic Death Metal. My favourite bands and artists include Katatonia, Evergrey, Racer X, Marty Friedman, and Beast In Black among many more.

I use Charvel Guitars, Friedman and Bogner Amps, Fairfield Guitar Co. Straps, Neural DSP Quad Cortex, Quantum Industries Cases, D’Addario Strings, and Dunlop Jazz III XL Picks.
